Due to sustained growth, we are looking for a junior committed, deadline-driven SDR to join our excellent Sales team. This position will be reporting directly into our Sales Manager You will complete all tasks assigned by the Manager, which may include conducting market research, identifying business opportunities, following up all inbound enquiries, managing email campaigns, generating sales leads, making cold calls, participating in meetings, and assisting the Sales department wherever possible. You should be able to take instruction, but also work unsupervised when required.
To be successful, you should be willing to learn about the company as much as possible and be able to spot opportunities that have been overlooked by others.
Location: We’re in Florence -Italy, but we’re also interested in remote workers (we'd love to meet you first during the onboarding!).
Working closely with the Manager or assigned staff member, and completing all allocated tasks.
Updating documents and sales records.
Outbound activities, email and cold-calling.
Reviewing sales performance against sales targets.
Observing and carrying out sales processes.
Identifying potential weaknesses and offering improvement suggestions.
Showing our solution to customers and understand their needs.
Degree in Marketing, Business, Languages or similar may be required.
Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
Full working proficiency in English, Italian and Spanish is a must!
