In this role, you have the opportunity to
Execute task linked to communication plan by developing and/or updating the necessary contents (video success stories, key messages) and tools and activate across all internal channels (e.g. newsletter, animation, community posts, events)
You are responsible for
Build and maintain existing communication assets
Keep appropriate and consistent language and terminology used and adopted by our S&OP program team
Support Change management stream to apply creativity across work by seeking to develop new approaches for engagement and collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
Maintain communication pages and share points up-to-date
Monitor communication KPI’s and report to the change lead.
You are a part of
You’ll be part of the S&OP Excellence team, a diverse team located in different parts of the globe, with location Ams/EHV. Due to Covid 19 , the work will mainly have a remote setup, with possibility to go back to office as soon and the local regulation will allow that.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
A student on Bachelor / Master level in Brand management, Change and /or Communication Management, with an interest in transformation projects;
Being able to draft and detail out, based on incomplete information. ‘Think out-of-the-box’ mindset;
Being able to do basic copy writing;
Able to work independently and proactively in a virtual team;
Ready to work in a high demanding and fast pasted environment;
Action driven and pragmatic attitude to get the things done;
Familiar with basic communication strategy based on social media;
Able to learn quickly multimedia tools to edit communication content such as videos, animations, info-graphics, etc.;
Professional proficiency in English
