We are a boutique consultancy that focuses on delivering recruiting solutions to fast-growing tech companies in Berlin. We are focused on the customer’s needs, delivering through efficiency and utilizing data to improve. Currently, we are a team of recruiters, sources, and technologists around Europe. We have delivered on projects at Spotify, Zalando, GetYourGuide, King, and several others. We are employing external freelancers to improve and automate our sourcing and screening.
Besides active delivery, we focus on improving our day to day performance by building analytics, sourcing, marketing, and recruiting tools. You will be expected to get involved in testing, assessing, and improving new tools. (Analytics Platform, Sourcing Marketplace)
Clients we focus on are technology companies in Berlin, with 10-500 people teams, 10+ million dollars of investment, and the ambition to rapidly scale up current teams.
You will be focused on building People Operations function for 20+ people organization.
Establish yourself as the go-to person for all day-to-day HR topics.
Deliver and drive continuous improvement of processes that will empower managers and their teams.
Facilitate training and development.
Conduct research and make recommendations on our remuneration and benefits offering and how we can best reward our staff.
Be able to lead by example and be a coach to the team. Be passionate about sharing knowledge and expertise.
You have mid-senior level experience in people operations or HR.
You have experience with the full employee lifecycle (employment contracts, onboarding, payroll, performance cycles, off-boarding).
You have lead or co-created company-wide projects implementing salary reviews, personal development programs.
You have contributed to building a thriving culture.
You are fluent in English.
You have experience supporting remote teams.
You have worked in external and internal recruiting functions.
