Since we are a startup studio this role revolves around spotting the right talent - the missing pieces of our very dynamic puzzle. It’s an art and a science at the same time.

About the Position HR Talent Recruiter & Performance Coach
The position is a vital link in our process, because you will be connecting the right skills to the work that needs to be done. You will also coach new and existing team members, so it regards the employee full life cycle. This HR role includes a varied spectrum of activities so it's not 'just' about recruitment. These are the most important aspects you’ll be working on:
Screening, interviewing and assessing candidates
Selecting, onboarding and coaching of new and existing team members
You attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. You will create job ads and reach out to candidates proactively.
You organize and optimize the recruitment procedures to achieve the best results
You identify (future) hiring needs so that we have the candidates before we need them
You will coach the team along the way and evaluate how their performances can be improved
You will handle translator payouts
You will manage gifts, and help organizing events, travels etc.

Your communication skills in English are proficient

You are able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals
You may have a recruitment background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates
You may have experience in performance coaching
