In this entry level role (24-32 hours) you will support and collaborate with our Human Capital Lead to further improve the employee experience and build a strong employer value proposition. Your first project directly relates to our company mission 'reduce unnecessary dialogue': we are developing and designing an internal employee communication platform. This platform, our 'People Hub' will become the first and primary source for our internal people interaction to find and share key information at all time. You will play an essential role in tackling and co-creating HR content for this platform.
Effective communication adds vital value to the employee experience, but we are ambitious and our wish list is long, so together we will decide on additional EX subjects for you to dive into and take to the next level.

Degree in HRM/ (HR) Communication or related business field Excellent (English) verbal and written communication skills Understanding and knowledge of HRM impact/ Employee Experience No must at this point, but experience with project coordination/management and/or working with MS Teams and SharePoint will get you up to speed pretty fast!
