What we’re looking for
We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Assistant who has excellent organizational skills and is able to assist with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the HR Department
To be an ideal candidate, you should be comfortable working autonomously and efficiently with a focus on details and speed
What You Will Do
Provide clerical and administrative support to HR Manage and coordinate background investigations for all new hires by verifying identity, education, and previous employment in a timely manner Read and synthesize detailed, complex written materials to prepare reports on findings and make recommendations to HR and hiring managers regarding eligibility for hire Onboarding of new hires and offboarding of contractors efficiently Communicate effectively with tact and cultural sensitivity when dealing with coworkers, management, and candidates Welcome new employees to the organization by conducting orientation Maintains contractor records and information on various systems Compile and maintain updated records and information of each contractor Provide support to people in the organization in relation to HR questions and issues Maintain employee confidence and protect operations by keeping human resource information confidential
Minimum of 4 years experience as an HR Assistant, Staff Assistant, and/or a relevant administrative position. Salary will be dependent on level and relevancy of experience Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Good problem-solving skills Strong communication skills Self-driven with the ability to deliver results with minimal supervision Fluent English communicator Passionate and up-to-date on the rapidly changing world of blockchain technology.
