About the job
At Howspace, you will be working with an engaged international team and an amazing Saas product. As a Revenue Operations Manager, together with the Revenue Operations team, you will be supporting teams, ensuring data-driven decision-making, and driving growth by facilitating collaboration, information flow, and workflow cross-functionally.
This remote, full-time position will be based in Europe and is a part of our global Operations function. The Revenue Operations team's main responsibilities will include:
Identifying and driving commercial, revenue driving initiatives Facilitate information and workflow across functional and regional teams Helping Sales and Customer Success teams by guiding their focus Creating reports and dashboards for marketing, pre-sales, sales and customer success teams Owning the sales and marketing data and ensuring its quality Analyzing and presenting the data for the rest of the team

Experience in sales, CSM or revenue operations, preferably in a fast-growth SaaS environment Proven ability to make data-driven business decisions and recommendations Detail-oriented with solid analytical skills Experience in enhancing overall productivity in sales and marketing Excellent cross-functional communication & teamwork skills Skilled with tools such as Hubspot, Tableau, Intercom, and Excel Fluent skills in English
