Becoming a Spanish Speaking Customer Service and Sales Advisor with Capita Customer Solutions: We are looking for confident and personable Spanish speaking customer service candidates with some background in sales or collections to work on a growth contract in our Cork, Ireland location. The role will be working on behalf of a leading broadband business to assist customers with any and all queries they may have but also to discuss upgrades and sell new services. We offer a very competitive salary of up to €23,400 with uncapped bonus potential and an extensive relocation package if you are not based locally to Cork.
Spanish Customer Service Advisor
What you will do:
Effectively manage incoming customer contact ensuring excellent service standards in the process
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem and following through to resolution stage
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction and drive performance
Build sustainable relationships of trust with customers, team members and clients through open and interactive communication
Comfortable working through conflict with customers
Your experience will include:
Are fluent in English and Spanish (both spoken and written) to at least a C1 Advanced level based on the Common European Framework Reference for Language – Mandatory requirement.
Customer Service experience – 1 year minimum.
Sales or collections experience – 1 year minimum of either
Communication skills so you can effectively handle customers who often have varying complex needs.
Confident, determined and a high level of self-motivation.
