We are looking for an exceptional Customer Service Advisors to join our contact centre to support our client who are a global brand in the footwear industry.

You will be working from home so you will, therefore, need to have a computer or laptop and a strong wi-fi signal – a technical specification and homeworking criteria questionnaire will be provided in more detail to applicants upon receipt of your application.
What will I do in the role?
Provide outstanding customer service via email correspondence, inbound calls, live chat, some social media and other adhoc admin tasks such as processing refunds
Brand ambassador for your client
Responding and resolving customer queries and or complaints
Make sure the customer is at the heart of every conversation
Being the first point of contact for all customer queries
What do I need?
Outstanding written communication, with the ability to be versatile in your approach to adapt your style for each customer
A desire and genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service ensuring an empathetic approach
Experience in complaint handling
Works well within a team
Confident IT skills
Flexibility, professionalism, drive and willingness to learn
An understanding of high-end fashion brands and/or an interest in fashion would be beneficial, but not essential.
What will I be paid?
We offer competitive pay rates from £18,137 per annum and benefits such as:

Contract: 3 month FTC
Hours: Full time - 40 hours
2 week rota basis - the following shifts are available:
Vacancy 1: Wk 1 8am-5pm Mon-Fri (with Sat & Sun off) / Wk 2 8am-5pm Tues to Sat (with Mon & Sun off) Vacancy 2: Wk 1 5pm-2am Mon-Fri (with Sat & Sun off) / Wk 2 5pm-2am Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri & Sat (with Tues & Sun off)
