The role: Marketing Operations Manager We are looking for a Marketing systems thinker and builder. Someone who is passionate about creating and maintaining a robust marketing tech stack for launching world-class campaigns, creating an accurate picture of our users/personas, generating quality leads with effective routing, A/B testing new web pages & emails, and driving marketing insights. The ideal candidate is someone who has developed and improved the end-to-end Marketing system at a fast growing SaaS company, and who has seen Marketing Operations work at scale. What you’ll do Improve and manage our Marketing tech stack, and implement new solutions when required Set-up Campaigns in Salesforce, Autopilot, and other tools including troubleshooting and fixing data errors/issues Partner with Sales and Data teams to build, implement and maintain our lead scoring and marketing attribution models Manage cross-domain analytics on website (Google Analytics 4 and Tag Manager) Manage campaign tracking, testing, and optimising feedback flows Manage sales sequences, testing & iteration process including training on sequence use for SDRs Troubleshooting and managing Segment platform across our marketing tech stack Audit and monitor proper tagging for campaigns across our tech-stack Measure the ROI of campaigns & channels and make recommendations based on their results Support team with ad hoc campaign reporting and analysis for our performance marketing efforts Execute ad hoc data migrations, imports and manage a data quality program focused on completeness, standardization, and de-duplication Ensure SDR’s have what they need to follow-up with leads, including: proper lead views and/or dashboards and identifying operational hurdles or roadblocks the SDR team is facing and recommend solutions What you’ll bring 4-6+ years of Marketing Operations experience Extensive experience implementing and administering Marketing Ops Software Lead engagement, nurture, email & campaign creation, e.g. Pardot, Autopilot Lead routing, e.g. LeanData Segment for customer data analytics, event triggering and performance data SDR communication tools, e.g. Outreach or Salesloft Google Analytics 4 and Tag Manager (or similar solution) to drive business insights and understand website behaviors A/B testing tools for web and email Conversation Intelligence tools, e.g. Gong.io, Chorus Integration with Salesforce and sales processes Experience with the setup, tracking, testing and optimization of Marketing campaigns Proven track record improving conversion rates from leads to MQL to SQLs. Strong experience working with performance marketing channels such as Facebook, Google, or LinkedIn, and ability to build a tracking system for each of them. Experience communicating business insights & ROI to senior Marketing, Sales & Product leaders, from the data collected by our marketing systems. Data-driven mindset: you are able to maintain quality marketing data in our systems and you know how to integrate Marketing software with CRM and the data warehouse.
