About the Role
Drive and support the management and execution of the Marketing Plan with a strong focus on digital and new user acquisition
Create and produce new marketing materials - social media posts (imagery and copy), email, push notification and misc marketing materials
Create and manage the complete content calendar for social media, write all copy for digital channels and work closely with design for visual content creation
Analyze marketing data: Google Analytics for .com, social media insights and newsletter rates (engagement, CTR, OR) to ultimately adjust marketing content to improve engagement and social growth
Provide research for key business development and marketing activities, event management and copy development
Run the global influencer marketing strategy (including building relationships and analyzing its performance)
Work with local agencies in certain key markets
Support operations teams with in-person events by facilitating marketing collateral, purchasing and promo strategy
Studies in marketing, communications or related field
Proven track record running the social channels of a brand-led company
Experience in design, aesthetics and is ruthless with searching for high quality/engaging marketing material
Experience with in-person events organisation and execution
Multitasker, able to switch as priorities change
Experience shooting video and photo content
Languages (English native or bilingual proficiency, Spanish and other European language is a nice to have such as German, Italian, Swedish or Turkish)
