UX Specialist

Tasks
The role:

As a UX specialist you’re a curious, hands-on maker. You'll pave the way for innovation in what we make and how we make it. Success in this role is defined by the quality of the user experience including the impact on product usage.

The role is permanent and remote or based in our office in Wroclaw, Berlin or Lisbon.

You will be part of the 8-person strong CX, UX and UI chapter and will also work in cross-functional teams. Through collaboration with product managers, a UI designer and engineers, you help to ensure the value, usability, desirability and feasibility of the solutions we develop and release.

Requirements
Responsibilities:

Drive product usage through journey optimizations
Architect solutions to support desired outcomes including pursuing the research, concept, prototyping, testing and iterating involved in reaching a confident solution.
Collaborate with engineers to determine technical feasibility and iterate based on this where needed.
Together with the Product Managers, help define strategy, objectives and the vision for the user experience, with a focus on your team’s area of the e2e product.

What we look for in an applicant:

Curiosity to understand leaders’ key challenges and the skills to design tools that help them master these. This means you have expertise in at least some of user research, content design, prototyping, information architecture, service design and UX writing.

Communication and stakeholder management skills
Systems-thinking with the ability to think beyond the pixels
Expertise in human psychology, anthropology, organizational science or behavioral sciences
UX writing skills in English
Nice to have: German at a native or “expert” level
