Job Summary:

The Talent Partner, Technical Recruiter will primarily focus sourcing, screening and interviewing technical talent for our growing engineering and data teams. Working with, and partnering closely with Bevy’s Talent/Recruitment Manager, this role will own the full recruitment life cycle for various positions; from Software Engineering to DevOps to Data Analytics. As a contributing member of the Talent team you will work closely with hiring managers and department leaders and the broader Talent/Recruitment team to ensure we are engaging and meeting our hiring goals as needed with a specific focus on filling technical roles for Bevy.

As our front line to building a successful business, you are the face of our brand in the market, bringing the Bevy story to life in an authentic and personal way for candidates. You’ll work with People/Talent to make sure our recruiting processes are efficient and effective, ensuring everything we do complies with EEO guidelines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage a full cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and interviewing all prospects for assigned roles
Develop pipeline for various roles through heavy sourcing and outreach for SaaS qualified candidates
Manage the interview schedule for hiring managers
Collaborate with leadership to develop fresh recruitment strategies and creative approaches to find top candidates
Manage a candidate experience from start to finish
Track recruitment spend and activities and make recommendations to the team when needed
Ensure that all required information is accurate and necessary documents are provided with candidate submittals
Partner with the rest of the Talent team and VP of People/HR to improve the overall efficiency of our recruitment process
Develop unique and creative sourcing strategies and techniques for all assigned roles, specifically for hard-to-fill, pivotal positions
Partner with business leaders to define new and/or update all position job specifications to meet the business climate and demand
Develop and implement strategies to build diverse pipelines and reduce bias in our interviewing processes
Partner with the rest of the Talent team and VP of People/HR to improve the overall efficiency of our recruitment process
Knowledge, Skill and Experience:

2-4 years' of technical recruitment experience required
Full life-cycle recruiter for Software Engineers FLC required
Comfortable and experience with high volume recruiting
Experience recruiting for roles with Python/Django + React/JavaScript; GCP, Terraform, Looker, MongoDB, and other technologies.
Strong working expertise in hiring within one or more technical environments
Highly knowledgeable of general recruiting principles, practices, and hiring trends
Demonstrated experience in developing strategic recruiting plans
Displays capability for creative, non-routine sourcing and candidate experience strategies
Great presentation and communication skills; active listening and story-telling skills
Excellent at building and managing relationships
Success in an environment recruiting applicants with "hot" (tech) skills highly valued
Comfortable with high volume recruitment
Process-driven and detailed orientated
Experience with ATS systems (Greenhouse preferred); proven track record for learning new technologies fast
