Talent Acquisition Manager

At we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our founding team.

Full-time · Remote (CET +/- 2)

About the job is scaling its team significantly 🚀. Therefore, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to hire the best talent and cultural co-founders for, thereby creating an outstanding and compelling company culture and attractive employer brand. As the first hire in the HR department, the Talent Acquisition Manager also lays the foundations of said department.

What is is the first-ever B2B SaaS tax management platform for multinational companies that empowers collaboration between internal and external stakeholders, and helps achieve higher levels of compliance, efficiency and corporate social responsibility.

Rapidly expand the foundation of and scale the team across Engineering, Product, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
Define and implement suitable sourcing strategies in order to find the best talent
Build a recruiting approach in line with’ diversity and inclusion philosophy and run related initiatives
Own the full recruiting process cycle, from creating job descriptions to signing contracts and assist in onboarding
Build trust in the relationships with candidates and internal customers
Deliver a positive candidate experience, thereby ensuring that candidates know that they are fully supported at every step
Keep a high level of engagement, conducting feedback calls and managing expectations throughout the entire recruitment process
Run an efficient and data-driven approach to recruiting. Propose improvements to existing processes
Be value-driven and a people advocate
Appreciate the state of uncertainty that comes with early-stage startups and take full responsibility, be independent
Create, develop, and nurture our employer brand via creative partnerships, events, etc
Manage the team happiness and related people topics, like benefits, performance feedback and more

Desired skills & Experience

You feel comfortable in a very fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
2-4 years of professional experience in talent management & recruitment within a startup environment
Experience in full cycle recruiting from sourcing to signing contracts at different levels of seniority
Knowledge of other HR generalist processes is a plus
Passion for working with people and building strong relationships with candidates and the existing team
Demonstrated ability to use data in how you think about recruiting
Experience developing and executing a Diversity, Equality and Inclusion strategy is a plus
Excellent communication skills in English, interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders of all levels
