ABOUT THE ROLE

To enrich our high-skilled Talent Acquisition team, we are looking for a passionate Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (m/f/d) - Remote (within similar time zone +/- 1-2 hours with our HQ) with a focus on specific and complex tech roles. RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop outstanding recruiting strategies and optimal recruiting processes to attract high-talented candidates for our company with a focus on tech roles, software engineers, data, product, and other business roles
Full cycle recruitment: from sourcing, creating job descriptions to choosing channels, managing and optimising our ATS, interviewing candidates and supporting their onboarding
Partner/ Consult our hiring managers and tech teams in order to optimize our interviewing processes and in making great hiring decision
Build a strong candidate pipelines, talent mappings and engage technical talents by creating a great candidate experience
Close collaboration with the People team and hiring managers
Implementation of projects and measures to promote our visibility as employer
Monitoring and improving recruiting related KPIs and usage of talent acquisition dashboards
Participation in People projects


REQUIREMENTS

Profound experience in full cycle recruitment especially tech recruitment and developing creative solutions around TA topics ideally in an international fast-growing tech company
A track record for successfully identifying, qualifying, and attracting exceptional high-talented candidates ideally
Used to work autonomously whilst being a team player and able to build fruitful relationships
Organised and detailed oriented to keep our ATS up to date as well as professional in written and verbal communication with candidates and internal stakeholders
Experience in Social Media Recruiting and visa processes would be desirable
KPI driven mentality and creative mindset
Fluent in English is a must-have and German a big plus
