We’re looking for a Senior People Partner to lead and grow our People (HR) team - overseeing Cleo's Business Partnering and People Ops teams.

What you’ll be working on:
You’ll be based ideally in the U.K;
Be a hands-on People Partner, supporting on all things People/HR at Cleo
Line manage a competent People Operations team, including a People Ops Manager, People Ops Partner & Office Manager
Oversee the delivery and implementation of priority people projects
Use data to drive the people business partnering agenda for the next 6 months and define priorities/focus
Partner with Leads/Managers from all areas of the business, supporting, coaching and guiding them on all People (ER) related matters, advising and proactively anticipating their People needs
Help to embed existing career frameworks, whilst continually reviewing job roles across the business to ensure levels reflect the organisation as it scales
Lead on delivering company wide management and feedback training
Work closely with our People Operations team to ensure processes are effective by sharing learnings & expertise
Partnering with our Senior Employee Engagement manager on key engagement initiatives and DEI
Have plenty of autonomy in your role, with lots of room to put your own stamp on what we focus and prioritise in the people team
You have worked in a Senior People Partner/HR BP (or similar role) in a high-growth environment and can prioritise in a fast-paced, delivery-focused culture - shifting focus and changing priorities doesn’t worry you at all
You’ve had your fair share of experience in areas such as performance, reward, employee relations, organisational design, and talent development
You consider yourself a great team player as well as a leader, knowing exactly how to get the best out of people
You are practical, creative and commercial in how you approach people related challenges; balancing the long term and short term needs of Cleo with the needs of our amazing people
You regularly use data to drive key decisions and when the data is missing, you are pragmatic and logical in your approach to resolving a challenge or making a decision
*US employment law experience would be a big bonus but not a 'need to have'
