Based in: Remote
Reports to: Senior Manager of Accounting
Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 + Benefits *Compensation is dependent on experience
Role Type: Full time / Perm

Roles and Responsibilities:

Prepare inventory purchase & sales receipts for weekly cash forecast process
Analyze and communicate week-over-week changes in cash forecast
Reconcile balance sheet accounts, as assigned
Reconcile profit and loss accounts, as assigned
Perform sales to cash reconciliation
Lead & Participate in the budget process while working with internal departments
Interpret and explain differences between budgeted and actual balances for assigned balance sheet and profit and loss accounts
Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
Participate in company and department projects, as assigned
Assist in the annual audit process, as assigned
Prepare weekly and monthly profit and loss statements for different company divisions and product lines
Prepare ad hoc analysis on company opportunities and other financial scenarios
Prepare monthly financial reports comparing variances between budgeted and actual balances presented to management


Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required
3+ years accounting experience
Advanced Microsoft Excel
Detail, goal, and team-oriented
Good verbal and written communication skills
Good organizational skills
Effective time management
