What You’ll Do
We're a globally distributed team, and this is a 100% remote role (we prefer the UTC to UTC+5:30 timezones). We're also a young team which means you'll have a lot of growth opportunities during your first year (and beyond) at Re:Coded. Here's what you can expect, and we’ll also leave space for you to define your role, too!
In your first 90 days, you'll:
Get familiar with Re:Coded's technical infrastructure ecosystem and use cases for Salesforce
Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce environment
Identify and prioritize critical improvements across all operations tools and systems related to Salesforce
In your first year, you'll:
Focus the organization’s use of data towards what best serves the mission
Handle all basic administrative functions including user maintenance, modification of page layouts, generation of reports and dashboards, "creation of objects and fields, and other routine tasks
Own configuration and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with Salesforce and other low-complexity system integrations such as Typeform, Canvas LMS, Zoom, etc.
Automate processes using Salesforce tools such as process builder, approval processes, validation rules, and Nonprofit Success Pack features such as engagement plans and levels
Gather detailed requirements for changes and improvements to the system such as use cases and user stories and implement these changes as appropriate
Identify, install and maintain appropriate apps from the AppExchange for event management, mass email, donation handling, and more
Train new users and grow the Salesforce skill set across the organization
Document customizations made in Salesforce
Plan ahead for upgrades, seasonal releases, and long term projects
What You'll Bring
We’re looking for someone with:
2-3 Years experience in Salesforce
Strong project management experience, leading Salesforce implementation projects
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality
Ability to effectively manage cross-functional and technical activities
Knowledge of data models and database design, writing rich queries, building reports, and dashboards, experience with data visualization tools
Interest and ability to learn and master new technology quickly
Bonus points if…
Salesforce Administrator/Developer certification
Experience with nonprofit processes and/or Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack
Server-side programming languages
Experience with one or more of these: databases, server-side programming languages, cloud computing platforms, system security and data backup/recovery, data visualization tools

Competitive pay. Our formula-based salary calculation provides a competitive, equitable rate based on your skills, role, and region. Depending on your region and level, here are the base salary ranges you can expect:
Europe: $72,782 - $74,277 USD
Africa: $37,327 - $38,094 USD
Middle East: $45,541 - $46,476 USD
Asia: $45,541 - $46,476 USD
