We’re looking for a Sales Application Specialist who’ll be responsible for creating awareness and understanding of the role lighting plays in enhancing spaces. You’ll be part of the Signify Professional Sales Department for IIG (Italy, Israel and Greece) region and its responsibilities are explain how to achieve desired light effects / levels with products in our portfolio, so technical expertise and customer focus must be in your DNA.

What you’ll do

Ensure that product offerings are aligned with customers’ needs and trends.
Drive sell-out development with our distribution channel.
Support clients with activation of trade marketing plans including training.
Provide input into quotations and request for proposals.
Consult with management and marketing teams on product development.
Review product specifications and analyzing competitor behavior.

Your requirements

Master’s and/or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Economics, Technology or related discipline
5+ years of experience in a sales with wholesalers or electrical materials distribution network
3+ years of proven ability to achieve ambitious sales targets as well as understanding complex sales cycles at strategic level
Good technical understanding of connected systems and a result-driven and proactive approach is a plus
Fluent in Italian and English
