Sales Operations Administrator

We’re looking for a go-getter Sales Admin ready to play a critical role in our growing sales operations team. As part of our Sales Operations team, you’ll be touching all sorts of exciting sales activities, from helping the sales team enrich outbound lead data to putting the finishing touches on a sales presentation. If you’re highly organized, possess exceptional communication skills, and want to build a career in a fast growing sales team, this role is for you!
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Work alongside our SDR Leader and Sales Ops Manager and other senior staff to perform general operations duties for the sales team
Organize all aspects of internal and external meetings, video, phone calls, minutes taking and follow ups
Enrich target account and contact info to support outbound strategy
Conduct research, assemble, and analyze data to prepare reports
Collate agendum for meetings
Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents
Ensure completeness and accuracy of all communications, as well as maintain organized and up to date digital records
Monitor, respond to, and distribute incoming sales leads
Interact with sales leadership
Our Ideal Sales Operations Administrator will have:
Proven track record of success and demonstrable experience as a sales operations administrator
Acute attention to detail
Communicate, organize, and delegate effectively so problems are solved quickly
Comfortable communicating with team members over Slack, phone, email, and video
Team player - you inspire others around you through your effort and ability to play a team game. At Agorapulse sales is a team sport with collaboration required across many departments
At least 1-2 years in a fast paced environment with a passion for finding solutions and creating process improvements
Experience using saas sales tools - Hubspot, Intercom, Outreach, Linkedin Navigator and Google suite
