Sales Development Representative
Based remotely in Western Europe.
Littledata is the top ecommerce data platform for modern DTC brands. Our smart tech makes it ridiculously easy for Shopify and BigCommerce merchants to get accurate data to power their growth. We started in the UK and have remote teams across Europe and North America.
Littledata is looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to find and qualify leads for our sales engineers. As a key member of our close-knit, high-performing sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business with top ecommerce brands around the world. Ecommerce is booming and this is a fantastic opportunity to get involved.
As the first line of interaction with prospects, you should have a proven understanding of the sales process and be ready to leverage your communication skills to drive new business. You should love the sales hustle and be endlessly curious about new technologies and the future of data.
Conduct demos and intro calls with sales leads
Stay up-to-date with new technologies in ecommerce analytics so you can provide accurate assessments of client potential
Target relevant companies using email, social, and other channels
Qualify leads and book consultative meetings for our sales engineers
Track progress in our CRM and communicate progress with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success as needed
Coordinate with other teams to enhance our buyer personas and go-to-market strategy
Liaise with external agencies as needed
1-2 years of experience on a high-performing sales team
Domain experience in ecommerce (Shopify or BigCommerce) or data analytics
Ability to cover demos in the EST timezone
