Sales Development Representative

BrandBastion transforms the way brands deal with social engagement. We process millions of pieces of content across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter. Our proprietary technology classifies these comments and takes action based on each client’s configured guidelines. We help brands to rise above the challenges of complex digital interactions, accurately, at scale, and in real-time.

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our Growth Team. This position requires an ambitious self-starter on a mission to bring in new leads. In this role, you’ll help create the first impression that potential clients will have with BrandBastion.

As a BrandBastion Sales Development Representative, you are responsible for discovering target prospects and penetrating key accounts, as well as providing support to our Account Executives. Your main responsibilities will be to:

Identify viable prospects through research and identify their main pain points on social media.
Conduct high volumes of email outreach to potential clients with a strategic, research based-approach.

You will:

Develop account intelligence and prequalify brands as good fits for our solutions
Find relevant contacts at the brand to send the outreach to
Send outreach that is personalized to the brand, the contact, and their pain points which our solutions can solve
Schedule meetings with prospects
Work in close collaboration with the account executive when it comes to prioritization of opportunities and the go-to-market strategy. Work together on landing top accounts.
Qualify inbound leads.

Strong, professional interpersonal and communication skills in English - written, verbal, and presentation.
Team player with high integrity and work ethic.
Interest in social media advertising and marketing technology.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
