We are looking for an organized and motivated Recruitment Specialist to support us with the international recruitment activities across our Group. If you are an enthusiastic, motivated, people-focused TA Partner with experience in the Gaming/ Arts or IT industry and the ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment, our team wants to hear from you!


Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
Collaborating with managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc. on an international stage
Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
Execute full-cycle recruitment
Facilitates and Improves Recruitment processes
Other duties as assigned.


2-5 years’ experience providing end to end recruitment services.
A BA University Degree
Ability to effectively work with a diverse and multicultural, remote workforce
Excellent oral and written communication and people skills.
Must have a strong sense of urgency and be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multi-task.
Must be flexible and adaptable and with the ability to stay focused and positive in a constantly changing environment.
Excellent Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Very good level of English, oral and written communication skills essential
Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive personality
Gaming recruitment experience
Strong interest in the Gaming and visual Arts industry
