Relive is an app used by more than 13 million people to track and share their outdoor adventures. 🕵🏾♀️ Product Recruiter at Relive
To get to 100 million users, we need to scale our team. This year we’re looking at doubling our team - going from 32 to 64 A-players. You'll be joining our Talent Team which consists of Iñez Eppinga, Siënna Sonnenberg and Mads Owen.
As our new Product Recruiter, you know all about the latest talent acquisition strategies, processes, and technologies and are eager to think outside the box when finding and hiring amazing talent. You'll be responsible for the whole recruitment process, from writing job descriptions, sourcing, to interviewing and making offers. You'll also get to help us build and implement an amazing employer brand. This is a very dynamic role, with a lot of room for testing out new recruitment methods in a fast scaling company.

Experience - You have 3+ years of experience recruiting for Product & Marketing Teams (Product Analysts, Product Designers, Product Managers, Marketeers etc.)
Experimentation mindset - You're not afraid to implement a gritty recruitment experiment to find a new way to approach candidates.
Skills - Strong candidate-sourcing skills outside of LinkedIn. You know the best way to find and engage with product candidates
Candidate focused - You truly enjoy speaking with candidates and respect their time and effort.
Stakeholder management - You have great stakeholder management and communication skills. You enjoy coaching and advising hiring managers on candidates and the interview process.
Keen - You love to keep up-to-date with recruitment trends and implement new strategies into the recruitment process
Data driven - You love data and use it to analyse and improve recruiting practices and strategies
Kind - Besides an awesome Product Recruiter, you’re also a nice person to work with. We’re looking for someone that’s humble, easy-going, curious and empathic.
English - Fluently. Our team is an international bunch. You’d want to be able to share your thoughts easily.
👋 Meet Your Team!
We're a remote-first company with a team of 35 people with 15+ nationalities. That means all our rituals and teams are designed for remote working. We do have an office in Rotterdam 🇳🇱 where you can work if you prefer a physical space, and we're happy to help you relocate here if you choose. We expect everyone on the team to get together a few times a year as we still think it's useful to make in-person bonds to strengthen our remote-first culture. Currently, The Netherlands is our biggest hub. Recently we've started adding people to the team living in the UK and Germany.
