People Operations Specialist

What will you do in this role?
People (35% of time): Ensure employees pre boarding/onboarding/offboarding processes.
Assist in employment, position transfers/rotations/dismissals.
Participate in face-to-face meetings. Resolve complex employee relations issues. Organize and conduct the Performance Review.
Analytics/Reports/Queries (25% of time): Troubleshoot, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools.
Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing needs.
Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.
Projects/process improvement (15% of time): Recommend process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions.
Provide system configuration options based on business requirements.
Manage workflow with agile approach through backlog maintenance and project management skills.
Production support (10% of time): Provide support for HR systems, including researching and resolving system questions, unexpected results, or process flaws; performing scheduled activities and audits; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
Basic security access troubleshooting and liaison with third parties and other stakeholders (e.g., HR business partners, payroll and finance).
Training (5% of time): Develop user procedures, guidelines and job aid documentation. Train business partners on new processes/functionality and train new administrators on general system processes.
Individual development (5% of time): Maintain awareness of current trends in HRIS with a focus on product and service development, delivery and support, and application of key technologies
Examine trends in information systems training, materials and techniques through classes, reading or other mechanisms, continuously increasing both HR knowledge and HRIS application/tools knowledge. Participate in user group meetings/conferences with HRIS community resources.
Other Duties (5% of time): Assists with other HR systems and projects, as needed
What you'll need?
2+ years of experience working in People Operations Specialist role, providing full HR support to Managers and Employees
2+ years of experience working in HR Analyst role
Experience in providing HR support for the teams with a headcount of 200+
Experience in building and implementation of HR processes and development of HR tools
Understanding of main HR metrics
Successful examples of key talent retention
In depth knowledge of various data analytical tools, platforms, and visualization software (e.g. PowerBI, ERP/CRM systems)
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Expertise in query tools, modeling, and data analysis
Experience in working with IT companies
Ability to work in a flexible way, capable to deliver business-focused solutions
