Partnership Manager

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Partnership Manager to help us grow and manage a unique partnership program as part of the UPPER ecosystem.

The program enables a highly exclusive group of product and tech experts to work together with UPPER as affiliates or qualified buyers.

The program is a new approach to an old problem - access to top tech talent - and it promises to align all parties involved in the process of talent acquisition and engagement, starting with clients to freelance talent to operators.

More specifically, you will 👇🏼

Acquire new partners. Continuously expand our business by acquiring new partners, attending conferences and events, plus promoting our narrative.
Help build and implement acquisition strategies. Work with management and marketing and support with creating and running diverse strategies to acquire new partners.
Handle onboarding of new partners. Support partners to join the program, understand, implement and recommend our products and solutions.
Handle "partner success". Initiate, manage and built strong relationships with partners globally. Their success is our success.
Measure and adapt. You will develop metrics to measure ROI from partnerships.
Help shape the product built around the program. Contributing to improve our overall value proposition, processes, messaging and product by working closely with the Sales, Marketing and Product team, to drive valuable opportunities that result in successful new partnerships.
What are we looking for 🔎

You have the background. You have 3+ years of business/sales operations, ideally in a B2B SaaS, digital agency or technology consulting environment.
You're an excellent communicator and closer. Proven ability to communicate a pitch clearly and get people excited about the partnership.
You believe relationships are critical to success and have a win-win mindset. You're excellent at building relationships with people.
You're a project manager at heart. You enjoy owning and driving your own projects, and this project will be your baby!
You have strong analytical skills and excellent problem solving abilities
You love doing things efficiently. As a part of a growing company, you have an opportunity to make a big impact, and you're keen to build processes that'll make your job more efficient over time.
You understand tech. Have a fair understanding with current software development practices and trends.
Strong team player. Ability to work across teams with with internal and external stakeholders.
Location information 📍

This is a fully remote position. This means you can work from anywhere based within Europe +/-3hrs CET.
