Assist the Sr. Performance Marketing Manager with set up and execution of all paid media campaigns across all search and display platforms including but not limited to campaign, targeting, and ad creation and building URLs with parameters and budgets according to growth KPIs
Monitor daily platform management to identify key trends and communicate recommendations and optimization opportunities to grow existing and new accounts
Manage all campaign & ad operations: troubleshooting, creative uploads/rotations, daily optimizations; ensure URL parameters and pixel tracking is correct
Efficiently communicate status of campaigns, technical issues, launch delays, delivery issues to relevant team members
Researching and staying on top of relevant paid media trends to recommend new solutions to grow our business goals
Participate in team creative brainstorms for new ad ideas/themes including copy, video, animation and statics as well as bi-monthly cadence meetings with paid channel vendors
Work cross-functionally with various teams (growth, product, data, creative, etc.) to ensure campaigns are built and optimized for success


Hands-on experience working (internship or full-time) in Paid Ads platforms including, but not limited to, Facebook, LinkedIn, Quora, Google, Bing and Twitter Ads Managers.
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent work
You have meticulous attention to detail, are analytical with data-driven skills and have good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
You are passionate about digital marketing and advertising and want to stay up-to-date on paid marketing trends.
You are eager to learn, work hard and grow in your career
You are an active relationship builder who can collaborate with internal and external teams to consistently improve processes and communication workflows
You are self-motivated and adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced environment
You are fluent in written and spoken English

You have experience with lead generation and brand awareness campaigns for Paid Display campaigns
You have worked at a very fast-growing startup
You have previously successfully worked in a remote & distributed team
