Job description
About the role

The role will collaborate with colleagues across the People team to ensure delivery of an efficient, professional, best in class service for our people.

You are required to develop a deep understanding of the business and will own accountability for ensuring that all assigned operational activities (including managing employee data, contract/documentation generation, processing new starters/leavers, etc.) are delivered efficiently and with the highest level of accuracy.

In addition, you will be the first point of contact for our people for general policy, procedure and HR system queries which will require both a knowledge of best practice HR, employee relations, and proficient prioritisation and operational execution & delivery.

Role and responsibilities

Accountability for the accuracy of all employee data and documentation, including new starters, changes to terms for existing employees, payroll instructions and processing leavers.

Ensuring all our new starters have an outstanding onboarding and induction experience from the point of hire to the point of them joining the company

Accountability for ensuring compliance with all audit requirements relating to HR/people processes and policies.

Becoming a subject matter expert in all our benefits, policies and processes and supporting the business with implementing and applying these.

Becoming an expert on all HR systems (Personio) to maximise reporting, automation, workflows, and other functionality.

Ensuring all our people data is 100% accurate and reliable all the time,

Accountability for serving as the first point of contact for all people queries.

Partnering with HR Operations Manager and Head of People to deliver annual people processes including Career Level Framework (CLF), Individual Development Plans (IDP) review, and the annual reward review process.

Using people data to identify and deliver key people insights to understand the opportunities and challenges for the People team to tackle.

Support new emerging managers and supervisors with growing and developing their teams including embedding the Career Level Framework (CLF) and Individual Development Plans (IDP) and the Annual Salary Review.

Coordinate and arrange training and development needs identified by the business including sourcing training providers, facilitating the scheduling, invoices and payments

Support with implementing People ad-hoc projects across the employee lifecycle.

Job requirements
The skills, attributes and experience you must have:

Experience of having worked as a HR Support Partner/HR Operations/HR Administrator in a fast paced, online business

Experience of problem solving

Experience of stakeholder management

Experience with HR systems, reporting, data management and data analytics

Advanced user of Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
