Nonprofit Relationship Manager
Visit.org is looking for a passionate and ambitious Nonprofit Relationship Manager to join our remote team. The Nonprofit Relationship Manager will be responsible for ensuring the success of new Nonprofit Organizations through onboarding and training. The right candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, extreme passion for our mission, and the energy and discipline to come in and be a builder in a start-up tech environment.

With its proprietary content across 90+ countries, Visit.org is providing the infrastructure and content for purpose-driven employee and client engagement. Some of our customers include Colgate, ADP, IBM, Adobe, Twilio, Twitch, Nielsen, Fidelity, and others.
Act as primary liaison between NPO partners and Visit.org by maintaining, updating, and maximizing their offerings
Develop an understanding of NPO’s needs and ensure questions and needs are met with a high degree of quality
Prepare NPO to offer high-quality events by providing supportive training and communications
Help to identify key performance indicators and scalable processes
Guide new NPOs onboarding process and deliver information to ensure success
Provide solutions and maintain feedback to continually improve NPO’s satisfaction
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage needs and communicate updates to ensure a smooth flow from engagement to payment
Establish and maintain long-term relationships
3+ years experience client-facing; building relationships and ensuring retention
2+ years experience with nonprofits or in nonprofit sector in Europe
2+ years experience with nonprofits or in nonprofit sector in Latin America, preferably having worked on the ground
Spanish as a primary language
Proficiency in English is a must
Intermediate in French is a plus
Comfortable working with data, experience working with Salesforce or other CRM software a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Familiar with and excited to work in a fast-paced start-up environment
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Passion for our mission and the desire to make an impact in the world through technology
Fully remote role is based in either Spain, Italy or Portugal
