Marketing Operations Manager

eCommerce owners face two major barriers to growth - accessing growth funding for inventory or marketing and acquiring customers profitably.

Wayflyer uses data to solve both of these challenges, giving store owners insights on how best to acquire customers online (this is currently free) and funding these businesses with revenue-based finance (not free!).

The Role

As a Marketing Operations Manager you'll be joining a high performing team focused on growing Wayflyer. You'll be the first person in our Marketing Ops team, giving you the chance to build things right from the ground up. We're an ambitious bunch and are looking for someone who is excited about building out this important team at Wayflyer.

What will I do? ✨
Implement analytics reporting for all Marketing and Growth teams, providing transparency on KPIs and performance
Build and optimise processes that allow our Marketing and Growth teams to scale
Manage data sources, lists and workflows to ensure Marketing and Sales teams can effectively engage with all leads and customers
Define requirements for 3rd party technology and data providers and manage their implementation
Work with our Legal team to understand compliance with privacy policies that are specific to the region.
Manage campaign quality assurance, checking each campaign before it launches for compliance with operational policies and brand standards.
Own flow of leads between all teams, ensuring leads are correctly qualified, routed, and followed up with.
What skills do I need? 💻
Ideally, 3+ years experience in Marketing Operations at a B2B tech company
Deep understanding of B2B marketing metrics
Proven ability leveraging MarTech stacks, third party tools and data to optimize campaign performance for leads generation and new opportunities
Experience in Hubspot is a big plus
Experience with data analysis, segmentation, and reporting, you can give examples of how you’ve used data to make decisions.
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and balance multiple projects
Strong ability to document all processes
