We have a fantastic opportunity for an HR Manager to join the team. This is an important senior role that covers HR management.

Your responsibilities will include

Talent Acquisition
Managing recruitment for open positions
Writing and maintaining job descriptions and job ads
Reaching out to candidates on Linkedin
Defining and managing onboarding process for new hires
Conducting 1st interviews
Performing Background Checks
Drafting Contracts and NDAs
Setting up Team Member board
Conducting General Onboarding
Maintaining contractor records/contracts and NDAs
Development of Policies and Guidelines

Creating new policies and guidelines as needed
Maintaining the company handbook to ensure it’s up-to-date
Enforcing policies and guidelines defined in the company handbook
Performance and Development Management

Helping with HR issues
Managing Performance Review process
Scheduling Performance Reviews
Managing team engagement
Planning and executing company team meetings
Identifying and managing the implementation of initiatives to improve HR processes

Contractor Relations

Being the point person for HR questions
Handling grievances and recommending solutions
Conducting conflict resolution

Compensation and Benefits

Designing and managing contractor benefits when needed
Tracking leave credits
Tracking healthcare benefits claims


Consolidating Hours for Payroll

Skills Required

English Written – Native Level
At least 3 years of HR experience
Nice to Have
A degree in Human Resource Management

Job Conditions (working hours, availability)

Must be available to work for a minimum of 8 hours/day
Need to have access to fast internet (minimum 15 mbps)
