Your contribution to TenneT

The Business Process Manager (m/f/d) is at the heart of the Strategy and Analytics team and builds the bridge between the functional process owners and key users in the Centers of Expertise of People (PPL) and IT, Procurement. This specific vacancy will focus on the key processes in the area of L&D and Talent Management.


In this role you pro-actively translate functional approaches/concepts and requirements in end to end process design including data-model requirements and governance around our processes

You are responsible for shaping and scoping our 'People improvement projects' based on a thorough understanding/knowledge of our 'end to end' process design and process performance
You are leading and taking part in digitization projects in dedicated functional areas eg. Talent acquisition, Learning and development, Reward and benefits, People Services and Payroll
You work on defining, standardizing and implementing KPI's/dashboards in alignment with our specialist Strategic Workforce Management and functional process owners
You define analytics use cases to identify root causes and solutions/improvement initiative to continuous improve and build a bridge with our data experts
You are both the linking pin between process owners of the PPL owned systems & IT and the escalation point for key users in the different teams within PPL
Your Profile and background
You have a successfully completed university degree (University/FH) in business administration or in a similar field
You have at least profound knowledge and experience with HR processes and systems and implementation projects preferably with SAP Success Factors (focus on the area of Learning and Development (LMS), talent management, performance management and succession planning)
Due to current harmonization of our NL and GER organization towards a new operating model this position is asked to be self-starting and able to work in a fast changing environment
The position requires experience with Lean preferably certified in Lean/Six Sigma and profound experience with data & data analytics
Ideally you hava a background in business and/or IT consultancy
You are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing, and proficient in German
You have an independent, structured and proactive way of working, even in a complex decision-making environment
You enjoy working in cross-departmental and cross-border teams
