HR Analyst

We are looking for an HR Analyst to help us as we continue growing teams internationally. If you’re a driven, smart, creative, and curious individual with a passion for both data and creating best-in-class employee experiences, we are looking for you! As the newest addition to our HR team, you will be supporting our People efforts as we acquire, grow and retain the best talent from all over the world in a fast-paced, tech-oriented culture. To be successful, you will need to be skilled and excited about mining both quantitative and qualitative data, discovering insights, and figuring out the most effective way to communicate them.

LOCATION: New York, London, Madrid, remote.


Your responsibilities will include the following:

Own and manage HR dashboards to report on various talent acquisition KPIs (time to hire, time to fill, candidate satisfaction, candidate source, etc.) and People KPIs (performance, engagement, retention, diversity, etc.)
Document and report on employee lifecycle processes (onboarding/off-boarding, travel/expense, training, holiday and time off recording, time control, etc.)
Create ad-hoc and scheduled reports within our HR systems at the request of team leaders
Support with the management of our HR tools and systems (HRIS, ATS, Performance Management, etc.)
Ensure our People Ops Tools are up to date at all times (orgchart, positions, compensation, benefits, etc) guaranteeing consistency and ease of reporting on key metrics.
Support the development of the different processes and policies defined within HR.

Depending on your interest, there may be opportunity to get involved in additional HR activities including:

Compensation & benefits benchmarking
Talent acquisition (sourcing, recruiting, market mapping, etc.)
Onboarding of new employees
Learning & Development
People Operations
Bachelors’ degree focused on HR or a quantitative discipline (Economics, Finance, etc.)
2-3 years experience with an analytical scope, ideally within an HR team at a fast growing company
Proficiency in Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (complete fluency in English is a must)
We are a group of people from around the world so international experience is a plus
Self-starter and a high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand
Ability to succeed in a collaborative, start-up paced environment with changing requirements and priorities
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
