Head of Marketing

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Help us to grow from 6 to 7/8-digit revenues
Technical and disciplinary management of the marketing team and further building the team
Be responsible for all marketing activities as well as optimization and expansion of the marketing channels with focus on: SEM, CRM, Affiliate, Social Media, Promotions and Content Marketing
Strategic conception and implementation of the marketing strategy with the goal to inspire new customers for us as well as to improve the retention rate of our existing customers
Continuous analysis and optimization of the customer journey to increase the conversion rate
Management of and coordination with internal and external interfaces, such as agencies, service providers and partners
Monitoring, analysis and reporting of KPIs
Implement and manage growth hacks
Work closely and support co-founder & CEO to build the Marketing team in a growing startup
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
At least 4 years of professional experience in B2B software marketing (SaaS) or a comparable field (tech environment)
Leadership experience in marketing and track record of setting up sales structures
You have a very good understanding of software applications and CRM systems (eg. Hubspot)
You have a strong drive to action and are motivated to join a growing start-up
You are technically affine, number-driven, results-oriented, structured, proactive and you have an eye for details
You have very good language skills in English (German language skills are a plus)
