At Uncapped, we help ambitious founders realise their dreams. We are seeking a highly motivated Head of Customer Success to build and lead a new team focused on driving increased lifetime value from our customers and ensuring a best in class after sale experience for customers. You’ll work closely with your colleagues in Sales, Product, People and Partnerships to create and support processes that scale and innovate.

Founded in 2019, Uncapped is the fastest, most affordable way for growing online businesses to fund marketing and inventory. The company was born out of frustration with the limited financing options available for UK and European entrepreneurs to finance growth.
Uncapped provides business advances of between £10k and £5m without credit checks, personal guarantees, warrants, equity, or compounding interest and makes money by charging a low flat fee that is paid back from future sales revenue.
Uncapped has raised $120 million from investors including Lakestar, Mouro Capital, Global Founders Capital, White Star Capital, Seedcamp, and All Iron Ventures.
Your Mission ✍️
Build out the Customer Success Team from day one
Design processes to monitor performance, manage workloads and identify additional streams of revenue and upselling opportunities.
Drive improvements to NPS through immediate post sales aftercare activities such as platform walkthroughs for customers
Develop a bespoke training curriculum and internal playbooks required to build a best in class Customer Success Team
Collaborate with team members across the organisation to explore and develop new revenue generating initiatives and cross sell strategies
Be the face of Uncapped for all its customers, working with them to understand their needs and help identify new product opportunities to further embed Uncapped as a leading revenue based financing provider
What you will do ✍
You have worked extensively in B2B technology/fintech companies in Europe and the US.
You have a passion for and understanding of e-commerce and SaaS sectors
Strong commercial leadership as well as operational experience
You have demonstrable experience working in fast paced environments and have built teams at scale
You have built Customer Success / Account Management teams and processes from scratch
You are hungry for success and resonate this as a team leader.
