Head of Brand Marketing
Holidu is one of the fastest-growing travel tech companies worldwide. With our search engine for vacation rentals Holidu we help travelers book the ideal accommodation for the lowest price, and through our software-and-service solution Bookiply we also support vacation rental owners in multiplying their bookings with less work. Your future team
You will lead the newly formed Brand Marketing team and will report to the Chief Operating Officer Simon. Your team will be the owners of the Holidu brand and will be responsible for all brand marketing activities ranging from TV advertising over social media collaborations to employer branding activities. You will have Marketing Manager Gina as your first direct report and you will have the opportunity to grow your team to a planned size of four over the next months.
Your role in this journey
Your overall objective is to build our business by creating a strong brand, measured by brand awareness, brand preference, direct traffic and repeat bookings. To achieve this, you and your team will:
Champion our brand equity and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure that all touchpoints in the user journey bring the Holidu brand to life in a consistent way.
Produce powerful brand creatives for TV and online, plan effective campaigns across multiple countries, analyze results and iterate for the best return on investment.
Scale successful collaborations with social media influencers.
Nurture our employer brand with amazing content on our owned channels and targeted advertising to attract even more top talents to join our growth journey.
Generate impactful user insights by conducting interviews and analyzing website data in order to inspire the company with new opportunities to delight our users.
Track brand performance KPIs, monitor competitive activity and recommend action plans and budgets to meet our business objectives in a cost-efficient manner.
Your backpack is filled with
Multiple years of demonstrated success in brand management or brand strategy.
Proven ability to generate true user insights, write agency briefs, evaluate creatives, plan media and analyze campaign results.
Experience in people management and cross-functional leadership.
Previous experience in performance-oriented TV advertising is a plus.
Excellent communications skills in English, fluency in German is preferred.
