Digital Marketing Specialist

We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team in Ireland! This role can be performed from our Dublin office, remotely across Ireland, or a combination of both.

What your team does:

Clio’s Ireland hub drives our EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) expansion and is home to product development, sales, marketing, and customer success. The team operates like a startup within a larger company, which means we experiment and blaze the trail for Clio in new markets around the world.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Clio, you’ll be part of a Marketing team that values excellence and initiative, loves innovation, and cares about results. You will also have the support of fellow digital marketing experts based throughout Canada and will lead the digital marketing efforts for the EMEA region.

Who you are:

You are an experienced digital marketing professional that will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of paid channel campaigns (SEM, Facebook, LinkedIn, Capterra), CRO and website and landing page effectiveness.

This is a tactical role where the successful candidate will be hands-on, in our platforms, assisting in the day to day running of campaigns. You will leverage your marketing skills to generate incremental growth and constantly look to drive improvement and efficiencies across our digital marketing channels.



What you’ll work on:

Contribute to the day-to-day campaign management of SEM campaigns including: keyword auditing, keyword gap analysis, management of budgets, developing ad copy, etc.
Manage, monitor and execute our paid social campaigns in EMEA
Provide updates on the performance of ads and monitor emerging trends and best practices.
Support the development of our website and landing page strategy that caters to audience needs in EMEA.
Collaborate with internal teams based across different time zones to create and optimize landing pages prioritizing user experience and conversion.
Develop technical search engine optimisation strategies to rank for target branded and non-branded keywords
Identify website trends and critical conversion and drop-off points, and optimize the user funnel accordingly
Leverage Clio’s tech stack for the measurement and optimisation of web strategies, including Intellimize, Dragon Metrics, Moz, GSC, Google Analytics, WordPress.
Monitor and develop strategies to assist with competitor campaigns
What you may have:

You’ve been there, done that. You have 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and paid advertising, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
You’re data driven. You have a passion for conversion optimisation, process efficiency, and continuous improvement and are well versed with Google Analytics and similar reporting tools.
You’re collaborative. You enjoy working together with your team and cross-functionally to drive stronger outcomes and you have experience working with teams in multiple time zones.
You’re creative. You think outside the box for solutions and love working with new tech.
You’re a self-starter. You’re naturally curious, resourceful, and motivated to make things happen.
