You’ll be part of a truly global network by joining Namecheap’s teammates from 22 countries in Europe, South America, Canada, and the United States. For this role, you will join more than 120 colleagues who are always remote along with more than 1,800 location-based employees in Ukraine, Portugal, and India.
What you'll do
Create digital copy for website, email, and other marketing channels
Write longer-form blogs and articles to engage the customer base
Brainstorm, develop, and produce effective copy-driven projects
Revise, edit, and proofread content as required
Research the technical properties of our products
Produce clean and creative work under tight deadlines
Work with graphic designers to develop ideas as well as the UX and production department to fully develop campaigns
Whom you'll work with
Day-to-day you will be part of a dedicated product team in which you will play a key role working with the team’s product, marketing, SEO, design, and UX specialists. You will also have support from a senior copywriter, alongside a direct channel to the Director of Content — including regular 1-2-1 sessions.

Alongside direct mentoring from more senior copy team members, you will get exposure to many other areas of the marketing mix, and a deeper understanding of technology across the board. What you’ll bring
A passion for technology is a must, and the ability to understand and simplify technical products to a more general audience. 2-3 years as a copy or content writer is also the minimum experience requirement. Knowledge of basic UX and SEO principles would also be advantageous.
You will need to show clear evidence of your experience and skills, so please include a portfolio of your work when applying for this role.
