Digital Content Editor
At Barnardo's we're looking to recruit an experienced Digital Content Editor who will be part of our Digital Content & Engagement team.
The purpose of the role is to manage the creation, commissioning, publishing and distribution of marketing content across Barnardo's owned media channels – website and podcast – in order to meet business objectives.
Write and edit content for website and podcast to maintain a consistent tone of voice in all marketing communications.
Maintain robust processes for managing how content is stored, revised, approved and distributed using a single, central Media Library.
Identify opportunities for capitalising on high search traffic volumes by publishing timely and relevant contributions from Barnardo's.
Maintain clear and consistent processes for briefing-in campaigns and managing workflow.
Monitor and measure user interaction with digital content.
Test and optimise content publishing to increase audience reach and engagement.
Report on the effectiveness of content marketing campaigns at appropriate intervals
Ensure that direct reports have clear objectives and agreed priorities.
