Customer Support Agent
Chargetrip is building next-generation routing and telematics software for sustainable mobility by offering Smart EV Routing as an API based SaaS platform.
Our routing engine uses over fifteen different (dynamic) variables to calculate the real-time range for any electric vehicle (EV). Proprietary algorithms then compute the best route to a destination, including the optimal charge stations in between, specific to that journey, business logic, and preferences. Built-in predictive models optimise for total travel-time and travel-costs.
Chargetrip’s API is easy to integrate into existing charge-, navigation-, and telematic applications, optimising the UX for EV-drivers and the TCO of EV-fleets; owned, leased, rented, shared and autonomous. Our current customers include the Norwegian EV Association, Porsche, EnBW, EDP, and Be: Mo from Total. On average, over 150.000 EV drivers use our software every month; equal to 2% of all EV’s in the world.

About the Job

As a customer support agent, you will be part of our customer success team and are the first contact for new and existing customers.
What You'll Be Working On
You will be the first line of support for our customers and will be responsible for:
Answering and assigning incoming tickets
Responding to website chat and incoming emails
Reaching out to new customers signing up through our dashboard
Spotting reoccurring questions to improve our documentation
Continuously improve our customer support
What We Are Looking For
Relevant experience in customer support
You are proactive, flexible and can switch between tasks quickly
Eagerness to learn everything there is to know about e-mobility and our product
Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent written and spoken English.
Spanish and German are preferable secondary languages.
Personable and ready to invest in long-lasting customer relationships
