Customer Support & Contract Administration Specialist

As a Customer Support & Contract Administration you will support our rapidly-expanding E-Mobility business in the UK, we have an exciting opportunity to join our team in a Customer Support and Contract Administration role supporting our customers and colleagues to deliver our E-Mobility Portfolio.

Reporting to: Local Division Customer Support Manager

Your responsibilities

Management of end to end processes – Order to Cash and Procure to Pay.
Raising service and product sales orders in SAP.
Raising and distribution of order acknowledgements (including special T&Cs & handling procedures), proof of delivery, customer invoices and credit notes. Serial number collation and recording.
Contract Handling and KPI Management – ROTD, COTD etc.
Management and resolution of customer invoice queries using SAP dispute process.
Raising purchase orders on suppliers for both service and products in SAP and non-job related items.
Supplier management – order book management. Management and resolution of supplier invoice queries utilizing Basware.
Generation and management of customer returns and factory returns.
Internal Controls & Monthly Reporting.
Responsible for generation of evidence and internal review of reports to confirm adherence to ABB’s Internal Controls and Risk Management policies.
Attendance at monthly Debt review.
Monthly payroll submission for overtime.
Monthly hedge reviews.
Monthly WIP reviews.
Master Data Management: Customer, Supplier and Product.

Your background
3+ years experience in an customer support/co-ordination role, within a fast paced environment working in service and/or a products business.
SAP experience.
Communicates and engages effectively within the team and wider ABB organization.
Responsive to customer requests with timely and efficient contact.
Excellent communication skills.
Self-motivated/Dynamic.
Excellent networking.
Strong Team working and liaison skills.
