Customer Success Operations Assistant

How is Castor supporting the Coronavirus crisis?
Castor has joined the global fight against the Coronavirus by making our research data capture system available for free for all COVID-19 research projects. Castor is supporting more than 200 COVID-19 studies across the world, including the World Health Organization’s SOLIDARITY trial.

The opportunity:

Over the last two years, Castor has grown from a team of 25 people to a team of 100 people, opened two new offices (in Amsterdam and New Jersey), and, most recently, raised a $12 million Series A.

What you’ll do:

As a Customer Success Operations Assistant, you will own the development, implementation, and change management of Castor’s Customer Success operations across our global offices. A key component of success will be your ability to effectively prioritize key initiatives while consistently providing solutions for scale and efficiency. This includes wearing multiple hats and having a can-do attitude while you:

Act as a key contributor to effective meetings: taking detailed minutes and managing action items to ensure they are successfully completed on time.

Help with calendar management for onboarding new employees.

Support the implementation and maintenance of Customer Success tools and software solutions including the training of the Customer Success team on these solutions.

Assist with defining, developing, and maintaining the SOPs, work instructions, and related collateral for the Customer Success team.

What you’ll bring

You will have a strong understanding of medical research and clinical trials, where technology meets science, with fine attention to detail and accuracy;

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with strong business judgment and the ability to present analysis in a clear and compelling manner.

Excellent command of the English language with a strong set of communication skills, including listening, writing, proofreading, and speaking.

Strong interpersonal skills, including cultivating positive cross-functional working relationships while demonstrating patience, flexibility, consideration, diplomacy, tact, and confidence.

A collaborative, agile, resourceful, consistently engaged, and a roll-up-the-sleeves, “I can do it” attitude who is consistently accountable, dependable, and mature.
