Customer Success Manager

As a Customer Success Manager at Urbantz, you will proactively partner with customers to increase platform engagement and drive sustainable delivery. You will join a rapidly growing team that is set to manage our growing customer base.
Own an international portfolio of customers
Proactively identify, monitor and analyze customer needs to ensure maximum value delivery by Urbantz's platform
Work with companies of varying sizes, from well-known multinationals to SME's
Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with your customers
Provide solution trainings, workshops and demos to both new and existing customers
Promote new feature adoption and ensure renewals
Own strategic Customer Success projects that drive our scale-up
Collaborate with other functions and bring your customer and product expertise
Be involved in implementation projects
Validate new product features
The Must Haves
Several years of experience in a customer-facing function in a B2B environment (e.g., customer success, account management, sales, business development, customer support)
Fully fluent in English, both speaking and writing; and a near native level of Spanish or Dutch or French
Possess solid technological orientation; a background in IT or SaaS is a strong advantage
Proactive person with a strong commercial acumen and solid analytical skills
Great at building and managing business relations
An excellent communicator and listener; able to speak to stakeholders at different levels – from warehouse managers to CEOs
Naturally curious and willing to invest time to learn about technology and business
