What will you be doing?
You will be part of our multilingual and international Customer Service team, bringing a great experience to all our customers! We are currently expanding our growing business into new markets and therefore we are looking for Customer Services Agents that speak Dutch on a native level. Additional languages are an advantage. Those will be your tasks as a Customer Service Agent at easee
Provide fast and quality service to our customers
Answering customer questions per email
Follow up on test results together with our Optometrist team
Communicate customer cases with the Customer Service & Optometrist team (in English)
Translations (English to Dutch and Dutch to English)
Attend the weekly Customer Service meeting
Who are we looking for?
Able to work flexible hours
Reliable, flexible, quick learner
Dutch is your native language
English is at a B2 level or higher, additional languages a plus
Customer-oriented and detail-oriented
Able to work independently
HBO/WO education level
You have a working computer and phone with internet
Candidates should be living in the Netherlands
