Customer Insights Manager

Come support Fastic in strengthening our market positioning in the US.

As part of our Customer Insights team you turn information into data, data into insights and support us with taking that insight into impactful business action and strategy. You will conduct research and interviews with our US based users and help us develop a product that helps them to reach their health goals.

We are looking for someone analytically minded to join our Customer Insights Team. You will be responsible for capturing, organising and analysing customer data and customer profiling to help drive growth through better understanding of Fastic US based customers.

What you’ll do

Support in planning, designing, running, and interpreting qualitative and quantitative research projects by conducting interviews with our US based users and implement surveys to collect information, derive insights and create a call to action

Interpreting findings and making recommendations based on the data collected

Work collaborative with internal and external stakeholders and cooperating with market research agencies to reach broader populations

Support core processes and projects to enable executive board to take strategic and operational decisions based on relevant data and customer feedback for building new business models within Fastic’s ecosystem

Prepare presentations and reports with management for board visibility


Previous experience of conducting qualitative and/or quantitative research (e.g. in depth interviews, focus groups)
An analytical mind with strong commercial awareness and ability to link research to overall organisational strategy and objectives
A combination of strong strategic thinking and very hands-on, process-driven approach
A confident communicator with strong interpersonal and relationship skills
A team player with a positive attitude
An ability to take ownership, organise their own work, and apply a meticulous attention to detail, conducting research with minimal supervision
A desire to prove themselves in work and willingness to continuously grow and learn
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, (in addition, German language is a strong plus)
Empathetic, willing to spend time getting to know our customers in one-to-one situations virtually helping to better understand what they want from an app like Fastic
Ability to write detailed but clear reports and create insight-led presentations
Bonus: Basic skills in video editing, able to cut interview recordings
