About the role

We are searching for a CRM Marketing Executive to support Pearson’s English Assessment division.

You will be joining Pearson and English Assessment at an exciting time, as we transition from a B2B organisation into a direct-to-consumer operation.

CRM has been identified as a key way to transform our digital marketing strategy, and your work will be crucial to deepening our relationship with customers and bringing together our customer acquisition, sales and advocacy programmes.

Your work will span the globe, with customers worldwide and sales & marketing colleagues based internationally.

Your key accountabilities

As the CRM Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for managing email marketing; managing forms and data capture; and list management, ensuring all email marketing remains GDPR compliant.

Support the execution of the global CRM Marketing strategy and ensure all activity is delivered in line with plans

Build dynamic and mobile-friendly newsletters, web forms, surveys, AB testing, and generate customised reports.

Support Manager in building and developing the CRM and email marketing strategy

Provide support for markets to develop their own locally relevant CRM plans

Manage the CRM communications calendar in collaboration with the marketing team

Design and build CRM and email marketing campaigns in line with the calendar in collaboration with the agency and the marketing team

Implement the nursery and trigger email programmes

Provide weekly CRM results reporting and analysis

Work with the CRM Manager to implement local CRM pilots using new technology partners

Ensure CRM best practice is shared and leveraged globally

Manage forms for data capture via FormAssembly

Maintain email lists and ensure GDPR compliance

Responsible for database cleansing and re-engagement task

Qualifications

About you

We are searching for CRM Executive with some previous experience in CRM / Email marketing. We are looking for a practical problem-solver who has recently started out their career in marketing and is looking to grow their expertise. You will be hands-on, with basic HTML and CSS coding knowledge, and a keen eye for detail. You will be a great communicator and able to work effectively with teams around the world.

Demonstrable experience in CRM across both customer acquisition and retention
Experience in successfully implementing end-to-end CRM campaigns and reporting
Knowledge or working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and FormAssembly (or similar)
Basic HTML and CSS coding ability
Fluent in spoken and written English
Knowledge of CRM KPIs, terminology and GDPR compliance
Ability to collect and analyze information, problem-solve, and make decisions.
Experience in using website traffic engagement reporting systems such as Google Analytics.
Ability to coordinate and prioritise multiple workflows
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
Highly organised and methodical with exceptional attention to detail
Positive, collaborative, can-do attitude
Passionate about customer data and experience
Excellent communication skills
