Process Street is a no-code workflow platform startup from San Francisco. We help our customers build, document, automate, and track recurring workflows. Our platform stores knowledge where the action happens, ensuring thorough and error free execution of workflows that our global customers run their businesses on.
We service over 3k customers around the world, such as Airbnb, Spotify. AstraZeneca and Accenture, and are VC-backed by Accel, Salesforce, and Atlassian.

This role reports to the Content Lead and provides an exciting chance to learn the ins and outs of content marketing in the SaaS space, with a goal-driven 2-year program of personal development & growth.
You will contribute to the creation of a range of different content types - from blog posts to whitepapers and more. You will hone your SEO skills with keyword research and Google-friendly content and structure. You will become an expert in the challenges and pain points of the audiences you’re writing for. Most of all, you will learn how to execute a content strategy that works and kick off a career in content.
What you’ll do
Write blog posts for the Process Street blog, tailored to the needs and interests of our audience.
Contribute toward content collaborations with other similar companies in the tech industry.
Be open to jumping into new content projects and help to get campaigns off the ground quickly.
Apply knowledge of search engine optimization to your writing and research.
Network and build connections with influential voices in the industry to bring expert opinion and analysis to your work.
Work within a team of other content professionals to help each other grow and improve.
Provide clear instructions and great feedback to collaborate with other functions of the team.
Work remotely in an effective way by ‘working out loud’ and being proactive with communication.
The ideal candidate will have either 2 years of experience within content marketing, copywriting, or freelance writing/journalism or can bring relevant experience from a professional background of HR, Operations, or Customer Success, and demonstrate a passion and talent for writing.
A self-starter who feels comfortable in flexible remote work environments
Great communicator who can explain ideas and requests and can provide feedback and opinion.
Driven by research and fascinated by solving problems.
Experience or interest in using no-code tools and software to solve productivity problems inside and outside the office.
Natural planner, with a sharp eye for detail and an obsession with organization - as you’ll manage your own time.
