WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Are you ready to make a move and want to join a growing team who have unrivalled experience in building world-class payments solutions?
We are looking for a growth-focused Content Marketer to join our marketing team and make an immediate impact across our organisation. You will architect, assemble, and lead our content function to craft and share our story with future merchants, partners, and teammates.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
Build a content roadmap to resonate and excite our customers, partners, and team
Create, write, and edit content assets across various content streams (blog posts, case studies, ads, landing pages, etc.)
Distribute content on social channels, e-commerce/marketing groups, and communities
Research and Identify new content opportunities and repurpose existing content, based on SEO best practices
Drive insights from key metrics and feedback to increase engagement, conversion, and grow channel performances
Develop company standards, systems, and best practices for content planning, creation, distribution, and maintenance
Supporting Product, Engineering, People Ops, and other teams in delivering their content ambitions
YOU MAY BE A FIT IF YOU HAVE/ARE
A track record for seizing the initiative and leading by example
A passion for excellent design, storytelling, and media
A “full-stack" content marketer - in addition to creating content, you also understand how to strategize and plan an editorial calendar as well as coordinate its distribution and measure results.
WE NEED YOU TO HAVE
3+ years of experience in a relevant role
At least 2 years experience in a payments, Fintech or SaaS company
A degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, or related field.
A good understanding of the e-commerce space and marketing technologies
The ability to put yourself in our customer's shoes and understand their needs
Strong content marketing background, with a deep understanding of SEO, content distribution, and social media
A continuous learner mindset and be comfortable working with technical concepts
Analysis skills to measure and understand content performances
Strong multitasking and prioritisation abilities
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Experience working on multiple projects as part of a cross-functional team
