In this role you will be developing and implementing programs for internal and external communications and marketing activities within the assigned area of responsibility, in line with global business strategy, corporate communications strategy, corporate marketing and corporate identity and brand positioning.
You will be reporting to Division Communications Manager.
Develop and implement communications programs and messages including marketing communications, publicity, editorial support, web content, and direct marketing to educate and inform key stakeholders including customers, management, employees, trade media and interest groups.
Ensure executional excellence throughout the area of responsibility for all communications measures in line with brand positioning, corporate identity/design guidelines and global strategy.
Actively recommend and contribute to cross-Business Unit/Division communications projects. Advise on communications programs and supply channels to maximize cost efficiency and minimize overlap among businesses.
Implement agreed communications plan applying all effective media and supervise or manage production and supplier relations.
Support key management with personal communications materials including presentations, speeches, articles, and employee recognition.
Manage contribution to key events such as trade exhibitions. Develop and organize customer seminars and employee meetings.
Own budget for communications programs and ensure budget alignment with corporate and division communications on local level.

Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, economics or equivalent.
At least 2 years of experience in communications, working as communication specialist in a multicultural organization & enterprise environment.
Sound knowledge of digital Marketing and marketing tools with a sound understanding for technical products.
Knowledge of video cutting & web programming would be helpful.
Exceptional communication skills in English both written and spoken is a must, a customer-focused mindset and a professional “can-do” attitude.
