Salesforce is looking for a high-energy and driven Hunter Account Executive with significant experience in Software or Solution sales, value-driven sales approach to align to customers. Ideal candidates should possess strong B2B sales and account management experience and a solid track record selling into the Portuguese market. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling the Customer Success Platform (#1 B2B and B2C platform) and all the amazing applications including Marketing, Commerce, Service, Communities, Sales, Collaboration, Mulesoft, Tableau, Slack and Industries, which are all built on the Salesforce Platform. In other words, you would sell it all while leveraging internal resources from prospect to close.
Your Impact / Responsibilities
Responsibilities include generating new business in existing accounts and in new markets, as well as playing a key role as you drive strategic, enterprise-wide CRM initiatives for companies across Portugal.
You will work closely with current customers as well as prospective customers as a trusted advisor to deeply understand their unique company challenges and goals
Build, share with an extended team (sales specialists, sales engineers, business development reps, customer success manager, engagement manager, strategic account advisor, partner account manager, marketing) and implement an account plan to deliver maximum revenue potential.
Manage entire complex sales-cycles presenting to C-level executives the value of our full suite of applications.
Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement, while creating satisfied customers.
Lead qualification for all sales opportunities
Extensive solution sales experience selling CRM, ERP, or similar into new logos enterprises
Track record of consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals
Comfortable with C level engagements
Be creative with strong problem solving skills and the ability to succeed in a fast paced environment.
Proven sales forecasting abilities + revenue achievement experience and a track record of over-achieving quota in past positions
A background in inbound and outbound prospecting and closing of new business
Strong and demonstrated written and verbal communications skills in Portuguese and English
Very competitive compensation package with uncapped commission and employee stock purchase plan
